Multicultural Counseling course option for Year 1 Community/CMH Students

This announcement is for Year 1 students who are in or considering the Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMH) concentration.

Enrollment in CSL 510: Multicultural Counseling course is currently low for the Winter quarter. Therefore, for those students who need this course, and are in or considering the Clinical Mental Health Counseling concentration, we are encouraging you to add this as a third course for Winter. For these students only, we will waive prerequisites for CSL 510 so that you may add it to your schedule. Due to the CMH concentration requiring 90 credit hours, students can expect that it will be necessary to have multiple quarters in which three courses will need to be taken in order to stay on track for graduation. Thus, we are offering the option for the Winter to be one of these such quarters. Please contact Nancy Hashimoto, the advisor for Community and CMH students if you are interested and she will assist you in adjusting your schedule.
