Now Hiring for Full-time Program Coordinator
 
The Supplemental Instruction (SI) Coordinator oversees daily operations of the SI program and assists in supervising SI Leaders. This is a valuable and rewarding role that enhances your leadership skills while helping students succeed in their educational goals.

We are seeking a candidate who has previous experience in programming and supervising or mentoring. This position is ideal for those with or pursuing degrees related to education, leadership, counseling, or college student development.

SI aims to help students successfully complete historically difficult classes through peer-assisted study sessions. When students attend an SI session they can expect to find a fun informal environment where everyone helps each other review difficult concepts from lecture, predict questions, discuss readings, and develop study strategies with the assistance of an SI Leader.

Education Career Fair

The education career fair will be hosted by the consortium schools of University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and DePaul University. The fair will showcase employers representing private schools, public school districts, charter schools, and various non-profit organizations located throughout the city of Chicago, suburban locations, and other states (Wisconsin, Michigan, Colorado, Florida, and others). Employers are seeking candidates who are education, social work, and other majors interested in working in education settings.
