Each
year there are a few Graduate Assistant (GA) positions available at DePaul
University. GA positions allow students to gain exceptional experience,
networking, and financial compensation [stipend, course waiver(s)]. These
positions are highly competitive.
DePaul University Athletics Academic Advising is looking for
a graduate assistant (position description below). To be eligible for the
position, the candidate must enroll in either our Counseling Program (3 years):
https://education.depaul.edu/academics/counseling-and-special-education/graduate/counseling-mamed/Pages/default.aspx or our
Sport, Fitness and Recreation Leadership Program (2 years—online): https://education.depaul.edu/academics/teacher-education/graduate/sport-fitness-recreational-leadership-ms/Pages/default.aspx. Several
counseling students have served in GA positions within DePaul Athletics
Academic Advising in the past and have had an amazing experience.
If you are interested, I encourage you to apply immediately.
If you have any questions, you can contact Dr. Kate O'Brien directly (see
contact info below) or Dr. Michel (Rebecca.michel@depaul.edu).
