COUNSELOR MEDICAID BILL - IL HB3091 Accessible Outpatient Mental Health Counseling services are integral to our healthcare system. A large population in desperate need of mental health services cannot see licensed counselors under their current Medicaid coverage. SUPPORT HB 3091 to add Counselors as Medicaid providers.  HB 3091 is set to be heard in the Mental Health Committee for the first time on this Thursday March 14, 2019 at 10:30 AM. We need to let the committee know the importance of this issue to counselors in Illinois by filing witness slips in support of this legislation!
