registration for the 3rd Annual Black Mental Health Symposium is open! This
solutions-based conference for improving mental health outcomes in
African-American communities is set for September 27-28, in beautiful
Charlotte, NC. Its theme is Connect. Collaborate. Connect. Dr. Norma Day-Vines,
Johns Hopkins University will deliver the keynote address.
The call for presenter proposals is open.
All proposals are welcome but preference for submissions related to Black LGBT
issues, Black family and couples counseling, post-slavery syndrome and
recovery; social justice and advocacy, and culturally-specific addictions,
