iAchieve Learning - Great New Opportunity with District 62

I wanted to let you know about a great opportunity that was presented to us to see if either you or someone you know might be interested.  District 62 contacted us today (in Des Plaines) and they’re looking for about 4-6 tutors to help out around 40-60 students after school.  These students have been identified as really struggling with their math and reading skills and they need tutors to help them prepare for the MAP tests.  These students are in grades 6-8 and the tutors would meet with them at Chippewa Junior High School two days a week (Tues/Thurs, Tues/Wed, or Wed/Thur) from 3:00-4:00 for a duration of 20 weeks.  They are hoping to start this program right at the end of October.  We are really looking for tutors to help these students so please let me know if you are interested or please pass along this information to someone else who may be interested!!

Mandatory Professional Practice Orientation

Dear Students,

This is a reminder that the mandatory professional practice orientation for students beginning internship in September of 2017 will be held this Saturday, October 15, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  The location is Levan 100.  The meeting will begin promptly at 10 a.m.  Please plan accordingly.
