Program Manager Intern (Stipend)
Title: Program Manager Intern (Stipend)
Dream On Education is hiring (5) Program Manager Interns.
Each Program Manager Intern will lead a 1.5 hour, weekly session by teaching a
pre-developed lesson plan (provided by Dream On Education). Sessions take place
after school during the academic year, beginning mid-September. Being a Program
Manager Intern for Dream On Education is an excellent experience for working
with education, management, and community building. We see this position as an
integral part of our mission to uplift students from disadvantaged backgrounds
and help close the education gap. This position is paid via stipend.

You must submit your resume and days of availability during the hours of 2pm
and 5pm on week days.
Responsibilities:
-Lead a 1.5 hour session, once per week after school (Day
and exact time varies, depending on location).
-Assist middle school students with academic lessons,
activities, and enrichment.
-Program Manager Intern will be responsible for
communicating to school partner and Dream On staff
-Program Manager Intern will be responsible for addressing
immediate concerns and relaying them to Kelli Haywood
-Program Manager Intern will be in charge of managing all
student progress report logs, recording attendance, and documenting student
activities
Requirements:
-Must be a full-time college student or graduate or have
equivalent experience
-Must be available to lead weekly session once per week and
to be on call to assist future tutors on a regular basis
-Must be willing to make at least a year long commitment for
this position
-Must provide own transportation to program site
