Be a part of CSI Chapter Planning Committee!
Hi Students,
As you are all aware, our program is currently preparing for
our CACREP accreditation visit next month and we are all excited about the
opportunities that accreditation would provide us. Among those opportunities is
the option to create a St. Vincent DePaul Counseling Program chapter of Chi
Sigma Iota (CSI), the international honor society for counseling programs. The
CSI mission is to promote scholarship, research, professionalism, leadership
and excellence in counseling, and to recognize high attainment in the pursuit
of academic and clinical excellence in the profession of counseling. Membership
benefits include recognition, professional development opportunities,
resources, leadership development and awards.
We need you to help us develop by-laws and procedures for
the initiation of new members and to create a vision for the chapters
co-curricular activities.
