Primary Responsibilities:
- Confirm,
enter, and track data in the Student Employment information tracking
system while maintaining extreme accuracy and the integrity of data (50%)
- Serve
as the primary contact and liaison between Student Employment, hiring
managers, Payroll, Human Resources and various departments across campus
regarding student employment processes/procedures (25%)
- Prepare
and participate in Student Employment Hiring Sessions by presenting
information on hiring paperwork to newly hired students (10%)
- Utilize
technology and training programs to continually update Student Employment
processes and procedures (5%)
- Actively
participate in accomplishing Student Employment goals in a team
environment (5%)
- Other
duties as assigned (5%)
Secondary
Responsibilities:
- Act as a receptionist for the Career Center and Office of Academic Advising Support by answering the phone, greeting students and fielding questions

in a professional environment and knowledge of DePaul University
- Knowledge
of requirements related to the I-9 Employment Eligibility Form is a plus,
but not required
- This position also requires commuting to the HR Department located
in the Loop Campus to deliver paperwork on a daily basis
- Must be able to give at least a one year commitment
Hour requirements/schedule:
- Approximately
20-25 hours per week.
- Must be able to work 4-5 days a week between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, and work at least 3 hour blocks at a time
