Feelings of overwhelm are commonplace, especially during
times of turbulence and uncertainty. The 5-4-3-2-1 Mindfulness/Coping Technique
can help you to ground yourself, focus on the moment, and mitigate anxious
thoughts and feelings. Start by taking deep, long, slow breaths and then find
or acknowledge:
