School Counseling student making a difference!
One of your stellar fellow students, Mara
Pollard, in collaboration with the ECC and Dr. Mason, has begun an initiative
to help combat the COVID-19 crisis in our community. Part of this
initiative is a GoFundMe page "Fueling our Frontline
Heroes." The money raised will be to create snack/self-care packs for
healthcare workers at local hospitals. The plan is to buy cellophane type bags,
Costco snacks, and include a self-care activity.
This is an incredible example of
how COUNSELORS CAN CHANGE THE WORLD!
