Chicago Holistic Counseling is looking to add a new therapist to our team. We are looking for someone who is has a Masters in a counseling related field and who is working towards licensure or is currently licensed. We see clients that are appropriate for outpatient services without need for emergency services. Our clients vary in issues, but generally are working on anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, career, self-esteem etc. Employees are building up their practice and should be highly motivated to market themselves to the community. Marketing will be supported by agency as well.
Duties include:
Intake calls
Psychological evaluation
Individual adult therapy
Couples therapy
Billing
Supervision 2x a month
Facilitating Meetup groups quarterly
Clinical notes

We are looking for a therapist that has the following: Some clinical individual therapy experience. Has participated in their own personal therapy. Has some understanding of how their own family dynamics impacted them. Is willing to be trained in mindfulness practices. Is wanting to grow their own practice to eventual full time status (20-30 clients a week). Is willing to help create their own client base. Has some experience with couples counseling or is willing to learn. Participates in their own personal growth and practices what they teach.
