Anxiety and Depression: Effective Management of the Big Two Co-Occurring Disorders

This free seminar will present a comprehensive approach to addressing the two most commonly diagnosed mental health issues- anxiety and depression. Dr. Margaret Wehrenberg, author of The Anxious Brain and Anxiety + Depression: Effective Treatment of the Big Two Co-Occurring Disorders, will discuss how to recognize and appropriately respond to anxiety and depression in children, adolescents, and adults. She will offer practical tips on how to manage these concerns, and you will walk away with ideas you can use right away. This event is appropriate for adults and children as well as school personnel, counselors, and social workers.
