Description:
The Substance Abuse
Prevention Coordinator works to maintain and enhance an existing comprehensive
Student Assistance Program to meet the ongoing needs of current and future
Stevenson High School students in the following areas:
1. Prevention,
with a focus on school, peers, family, and the community; and
2. Intervention,
with a focus on the implementation of policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Type 73 certification
(or equivalent license) desirable; CADC certification required. A minimum
of three years successful counseling, social work or other relevant experience
preferred; three years of grant writing experience preferred; three years of
coordination and implementation of school-wide prevention programs preferred.
